( within bluebell pasture, there is harmony, still under the effects of the ritual's punishments (cat ears/tail, cold unless cuddling, and a crown of mood flowers- plum blossoms to be precise- around her head). she is sitting with an embroidery hoop, but she seems dissastisfied with something....

but who cares about that? we're here for the big important reason. a purple cake that smells like mixed berries is sitting in the grass... oh wait! it's not a cake. it's a cat! she seems to be sitting peacefully and watching a butterfly quite intently. ... the cake hops forward. mrrp? prrt? )

[In the afternoon, the world's worst and thorniest gatordawg can be spotted having a recreational doggy-paddle around the lake, occasionally vanishing below the surface for a few minutes at a time.]

[Later, it can be spotted leaving the forest with an entire (non-magical) dead deer in its jaws, with another one draped over its back, as it plods back in the direction of the barns.]

[Notably, it has a red collar, and one entire upward-curving section of one horn is missing.]

[ At some point in the evening on day 76, Hannya dumps his baseball bat at Clover and comes back to the fountain with a memory coin. He glances around briefly to see if he's alone, but, well. He only has one good eye, after all.

After a moment, he tosses it in and a memory plays out (through 1:38, then 7:51 through 8:53).

. . . He takes a step back, grimacing slightly. ]
