Lily can put souls back into bodies no matter where we are since it's a skill we have. But the fountain can also bring people back to life as long as the body is in the water.

I thought my lifespan was going to run out so I figured if I dropped out of my body while my feet were in the fountain my soul could just pop right back in. I don't think anything happened, which is for the best.
