I didn't know how much I was missing. Just that it was everything from whenever I found Scarab to...I didn't know. I had no way to know how long we had each other.

I dunno how to feel about it now. I mean, obviously I'm glad we fixed it, but it's weird that I couldn't be mad about it until now.

It's not my first time dealing with amnesia. Cepheus, uh. Was a little more aggressive when he couldn't remember me.

It ... mostly sorted itself out? Mostly it was hard watching him act like that without being able to tell him anything. I'm pretty sure he hated me for a while there.

He's...uh. Calming down. He didn't have really clear memories of what happened after our last fight, so he's been running medical scans on me this whole time.

Back home. It, uh. Ended when Scarab performed a hard reboot to force a bunch of enemy scarabs to also reboot while we were all a couple hundred miles up.

Barely. They thought I was gonna be in the hospital for, like, a year before Scarab woke up enough to heal most of the damage.
