WHEN: Day 33, around lunchtime

[ Since it is a Daffodil rite, the Daffodils (at least, the ones that are not children who have no idea what they're doing and therefore aren't Tart, the best baby shepherd ever) have set up a little party in the rec room for all the kids and their poor beleaguered adults!

They've set up snacks and pulled out a few games as well as some pillows from the library for naptime and books — including picture books — nearby before putting the word out to others to stop by the rec room around lunchtime. And hey, if they have anything they can bring along, all the better! ]

Thankfully, no, if I exempt normal childhood behavior from the criteria.

That could change soon, though. I'm not holding my breath.

Everyone stupid enough to do that is also sentimental enough to be distracted by small children. For the moment, things remain stable.

But as more of you return to your current selves, that becomes less likely. I already know that there's plans to go searching in the mist soon.

--That's right. You can boil seawater down for that, and it's one of the most useful things we can harvest from that ocean.

Show me where you're storin' the seawater. I wanna get fresh air away from all these brats.

[ the answer is: she has taken every large jug and vase and pot and pan she could find in Daffodil's kitchen and has been pouring water into those. ]

[ takes out his lion-headed staff, setting the base to the ground ]

[ if he is not stopped the water will dry tf out, leaving only salt crystals and whatever other ocean debris there would be behind, but also maomao is free to stop him for just starting up his signature spell with no warning or explanation ]

Maomao has no fear of him, but part of that is informed by she's not actually interested in sticking her neck out in ways that seem like it might be dangerous, and also: that was pretty cool. ]

takes out his bag and upturns it to take out one(1) full-ass tree as well as a broom and a couple miscellaneous stuff

tosses the bag over to maomao ]
