[Welcome to the party party. Which is to say--in the Daffodil yard there's blankets laid out for a picnic and a picnic table covered in foods to pick out from! Your options include: fried fish, grilled pork, fried potatoes, roasted carrots, grilled buttery corn, salad with lots of carrots and onions. There's lemon and blueberry pound cakes and flans too! For drinks? Lemonade, orange juice, catnip lemonade for the Daffodil furries because hashtag lets be chilling. And water.

Under plates, placed on blankets, taped shoddily to utensils and every which way are. Jokes. Such jokes. Biscuit copied them out a book dutifully for this okay.

[GOOD MORNING, DEAR SHEEP. There is still no morning shower. Hm.

Well nevermind that! Just go about your morning business, all is good. Just another day in sheep land--wait is that a horse???

Well, not exactly. A steed made of dirt of shadows gallops in the distance in the meadow, before suddenly leaping over the fence, still running at high, urgent speed.

Right toward Blossom!]

Huh? Wait is that a horse--ACK!

[The horse immediately kicks her right in the face, sending that sheep body flying, and bleeding against a barn. The dirt horse then paws and kicks at the ground. Is it making a rune? UH OH.

IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN, THE SKY IS TURNING RED. And this time, a doctor-like ram demon rises from the flames of the rune, floating in the air, scanning the area. Soon, it speaks.]

Curious. The priestess is unconscious. Why have I been summoned to this place?

[The horse proceeds to make. . .dirt horse noises. . .the demon nods.]

I see. Very well, I never turn away a patient.

[a snap of his fingers. A mix of roots and suture threads erupt from the ground slinking at blinding speed and grabbing any flock members that might just be minding their business. Maybe you're lucky enough to be missed, or you get snagged and dragged in later. In any case--surgery time!]

Just before the sun sets Daisy rings the cafeteria bell--if anyone cares for it, she's made vanilla/fruit flavored milkshakes and some very filling salads for people. Like with arugula and sunflower seeds and other healthy salad shit I don't eat. Oh right and cattail-baked bread and some cheese.

[ dang! it’s been a while since any of the little empty-vessel sheep gained sentience and personalities, right? well . . . today you might find yourself pulled towards the fountain area in the middle of the meadow, where two little Rose sheep are very active, very aware, and capering on the rim of the fountain! one is wearing a headband with fake kitty ears and the other is wearing a headband with fake puppy ears.

also there is blood on the ground and they have fully summoned a demon already, each twin patting the head of the respective animal they favor. oops. there's two large, empty pet food bowls sitting on the ground in front of them as well, which is a little weird.

they speak in unison:]

“Did you know; did you know?”

[the cat-eared one smiles, very sharp.]

"Some rituals lately had a bit of a bite--wouldn't you say, Tot?"

[the dog-eared one is more... well, hangdog, though you think it might be exaggerating a little.]

"It's so easy to let yourself get distracted by emotions..."

"That's no excuse, Tot! All that energy, all that conflict--for what? Nothing serious happened."

"How could there have been…? There was… no food involved. At all."

"Eeeeexactlyyyyyy!!"

[the cat-eared sheep hisses. the dog-eared one staggers in despair and looks on mournfully, little sheep hoof held up earnestly over its heart.]

"...what if they had a reminder of what's really worth fighting for, Tater?"

"You don't think-- the food bowl-- they might really-- after a thousand years?!"

[ Good morning, pasture! Yesterday was a busy day filled with sheep thieves and sheep bombshells and sheep lights. What will today hold? Well, for starters, those lights that Blossom and the Snake released are still floating about to be played with or tripped into at your leisure. And there's also the regularly scheduled morning shower.

So! What are you up to this morning? ]

[Well here's a weird scene--there's Blossom at the fountain! But also--the snake?? They appear to be fighting. . .well, it's more like a very pathetic slap fight, with Blossom flailing her hooves as she tries to keep a sealed box away from him, and the snake hisses and flails the tip of his tail back.]

I'm not going to let you ruin this for them!!

My influence is spreading!! Take this, kah!!

[. . .he just flings some dirt in her eye, and she drops the box, the seal cracking, and dozens upon dozens of lights fly up, all over the pasture, like little fireflies.]

[the snake laughs!! and looks. confused??? yes this is exactly what he meant to do probably. OFF INTO THE SHADOWS HE GOES!!

A BUNCH OF LIGHTS ESCAPE FROM THE BOX. There are seven colors total - 6 in team colors, and one in pink. Touching the lights causes the following:

1) Yellow - DRAGON. Characters become a dragon! Interpret how you see fit. This could be a tiny chibi dragon, or you just have dragon parts, or you are a dog to small cow sized dragon now. Or you can shift, I don't care. And yes you can fly.

Ability: Fire Breath - Can breathe out normal fire OR a special colored fire that doesn't hurt but instead causes people to compliment/praise you and others!

2) Red - VAMPIRE. You're now a vampire, fangs and all! Maybe your heart stops, you get paler, any tropes are welcome, including turning into a cute bat. You have the urge to drink blood but not lethal.

ABILITY: Love Bite! Biting someone makes the vampire feel HYPE. And the 'victim' feels like woah they REALLY WANT SOME FRIENDS RIGHT NOW, golly.

3)Blue - MERMAID. You're a mermaid now, sorry for the cultural appropriation tweels. Whether you only shift in water or if you have fins and such on land is up to you!

Ability: Bubbles! Can create bubbles to lift anything not too crazy, or with the effect of making people super giddy and touchy feely.

4)Green - NYMPH. YOU'RE A PLANT/DRYIAD NOW. *MOST* tropes apply, but no you cannot grow fruits, food, wolfsbane or more limbus. Your team flower and other established normal plants are fair game tho.

Ability: Leaf Whistle! Make a whistle from plants for music. Oh also it makes people want to overshare stuff with you.

5)Purple - GHOST - OH SHIT YOU'RE A GHOST NOW. Ask Yata for tips. Standard tropes apply but except no you cannot visit the underworld, you will be auto rejected and don't get any ideas about the mist, they can still sense and consume you. But hey have fun being incorporeal!

Ability: Soul Swap! Can possess people (with ooc permission) or cause body swaps.

6) White - PIXIE. You're a pixie or faerie now, complete with wings and maybe a cute tinkerbell like outfit idk. You can also shrink and buzz around at will!

Ability: Pixie Dust! Can act as just fun glitter OR truth dust.

PINK- Touch this light and change back to normal!

The lights will be around the rest of the month! Ignore them! Or don't! Engage as little or as much as you want. All normal Flock and canon powers act the same as usual!]

[GOOD MORNING this is a mingle for those not chasing around daffosheep. How are you today in the pasture!!

Also, at some point in the morning, there is a big storm. lightning and thunder and all that shit, it's oddly strong. Maybe Angel Devil gets zapped by lightning who knows. If he does he's fine. Maybe it just strikes near him. Either way, DEAL DONE.

But just as quickly as it rolls through, it's gone, with the sun quickly drying everything, so it's nice and pleasant before other shenanigans happen later. There's no rain later in the day either.
