[HELLOOOO SHEEP, that certainly was a fairly pleasant demon ritual last night! And you know what, aside from one of the moons disappearing (,,,,,), things are going pretty swell!

Until the next morning.

Those who are out in the meadow beyond the fence, may notice that some mist wolves are actually breaking through the mist. You can now encounter wolves just, out there in the meadow. They are slightly weaker not being in their element, but can cause problems all the same.

The fence. . .also, abruptly, starts crumbling. Thankfully, due to the barrier they all created during the kidnapping fiasco, they're still all mostly protected! However, the wolves can slip into gaps from the broken fence. Maybe repair those.

But wait, there's more! One type of fruit tree in every flock suddenly shrivels up, taking that fruit away. You all may decide which one goes bye bye! (but hit up the top comment so I can keep track of it). Any fruit you've harvested for yourself or the food drive already is fine to keep, just any from that particular tree in the future is donezo now.

Finally, random scattered feathers float through the air. Should you touch any, you may experience the following:

Black Feathers - Increased anger, rage, impulsiveness; you may find yourself lashing out violently even to people you like.
Pink Feathers - Increased anxiety, paranoia, depression; even if you try to tell the truth you'll find yourself lying.
White Feathers - Increased loneliness, insecurity, jealousy; you'll find yourself blurting out the truth even if it hurts.

Wack. But hey that's pretty mild all things considered!! EVERYTHING IS FINE AND NORMAL ignore that Stormy has been missing for two days probably and occasionally Blossom flickers in and out of existence.]

Of course. That's what seduction is. It's a way of saying "I'm into you, I want to touch you, and I want you to touch me" and so on.

[she approaches and stands in front of him, and raises her hands, palms up, in a gesture that suggests she'd like him to give her one of his paws.]

May I demonstrate?

[stares down at her hands like he's thinking about the offer before holding out a hand in response.]

Okay.

[She takes his hand very gently in hers and turns it so it's palm-side up. Then she traces her fingertips eeeever so lightly, eeever so slowly across his palm, and down the underside of his middle finger.]

Hands are very sensitive. They have a lot of nerve endings, so if you're focusing on it, even the most gentle touch can feel very vivid.

[She continues caressing his hand as she speaks, as if committing every line on his skin to memory.]

Unlike many other parts of our bodies, hands are some of the few body parts that even humans aren't embarrassed to show each other. But even still, the meaning of a touch on the hand can be platonic and utilitarian...

[Moving slowly, she leans in and places a very soft kiss in his palm.]

...or it can be very intimate.

[legitimately curious, he watches and listens to her instructions. not sure what to expect with each passing moment.

hands are something he's become familiar with since being acquainted with Miri. before her he's never held one. not even his own father's.

and with his body not used to experiencing any level of intimate or friendly touch, his own is quite sensitive. so he feels every trace, even her breath when she closes in, and finally the kiss, causing warmth to bloom across his palm.

his long, slender fingers flex a little as if trying feel more of it.]

[She feels the curl of his fingers, so she doesn't pull away. Instead, she very slowly places another gentle kiss on the ball of his hand, and then on the underside of his wrist.]

[...Then she withdraws, brushing her thumb over the places where her kisses were.]

Someone allowing you to touch their body is a very special thing. It can be a gesture of great trust. So it's important to show your appreciation for that trust by treating their body with appreciation.

[She raises his hand and puts her own against it, as if comparing the size difference of his big hand and her tiny one. She holds it like that a moment, then laces her fingers in between his.]

Treat their body with great reverence, like it's a holy thing. They've allowed you past their defenses, and it's a great honor. Behave as such.

[his face is noticeably flushed, the pace of his heart quickening slightly, but he watches intently.

when their hands touch, he mimics hers and folds his own fingers over her hand-

completely unsure if he was supposed to do that, on second thought, but he keeps them that way until instructed otherwise.]

People really do this?

[he's having a hard time picturing Acheron doing this but maybe there was a point in time when he did, before he knew who he is now.]

[With their hands still clasped together, she draws them to her cheek, nuzzling his hand gently while looking up at him through her lashes.]

They really do.

There're many different types of courtship. Sometimes it's gentle. Sometimes it's rough.

It's important to pay attention to your partner and continue only if they seem okay with it.

[Unless you're TRYING to be a sadist, which is also a valid courtship technique in some cases.]

...Here. Come sit down with me.

[it registers how warm and soft her face feels before he awkwardly tries to avoid thinking too deeply about that.

as for Acheron... admittedly, he's always avoided intimate details about him regarding that stuff. in his defense he wouldn't have guessed this is how he'd feel years later.]

[at her request he glances around the empty kitchen.]

Here?

[Do they have a kitchen table or anything? If so, she'll lead him over to a chair. If not... uh, I dunno, the living room? Idk what Thistle barn has going on as far as sitting accommodations but surely there's a convenient sheep or hay bale somewhere at minimum.]

Yeah, right here. Have a seat.

[kitchen chair it is, and he slowly trudges over and takes a seat.

he looks at her, not sure what to expect.]

Thank you. You're very tall.

[She casually straddles him and takes a seat on his lap, so close that they're nearly chest to chest.]

Is this alright?

[when she crawls onto his lap he doesn't quite know what to do with his hands, so he awkwardly shoves them into the pockets of his jacket.]

It's fine...

[it's like he has no idea what to do with his body in this situation, his entire posture is somewhat stiff.]

[She can tell!! She gently tries to ease his hands out of his pockets and around the small of her back.]

What I'd like you to practice now is listening to your own body. You may instinctively want to touch, or move, or do things in certain ways. I want you to try to pay attention to those feelings, and act on them, if you desire.

You're allowed to touch me however you like. And I'll let you know if that changes, so don't worry. Right now, try to pay attention to the points of contact between us, and how that makes you want to move.

[She ever so gently cups his cheek in her hand and looks him in the eyes.]

[there's a stifled grunt when she situates herself on his lap, his hands coming to rest on the small of her back- his posture still overly stiff.

... tbf if this was Acheron he'd have the same exact reaction. he's not sure what to do. there's a stir of something when he looks in her eyes, but it's mostly the feeling of someone tossed into the deep end when they don't know how to swim.

he tries, with his hands shifting gently slightly where she placed them, but there's no spark behind it.]

... My body doesn't talk.

[did he take that literally? who knows.]

Then that means practice is even more important.

[She brushes some of his hair back behind his ear.]

Pay attention now, alright?

[She slowly leans in and kisses him softly -- almost shyly -- on the lips.]

[kissing he can do, at the very least, since Acheron taught him that much...

though Acheron also lead those little makeout sessions, so he lets her do the same for the moment. his reaction is minimal, tilting his head to accommodate her, his eyes slowly closing so he can try and focus on what he needs to.]

[She speaks quietly, so that only he can hear.]

There are many places on the face that feel good when kissed. Like here:

[She uses her fingertips to guide his head to the side so she can kiss the edge of his jaw. She starts methodically working her way toward his ear.]

...And here:

[She nips at the shell of his ear, and sighs almost imperceptibly as she she puts another kiss on the bare skin behind his ear.]

[his breath hitches when her lips touch his jaw, and his hands reflexively tighten at her waist- ever so slightly.

how foreign this is to him. first when Acheron did it, and now her. when before he never anticipated ever feeling anything like this. he almost can't keep up with the warmth creeping through his body, in particular where she's kissing his neck. it feels incredibly sensitive there...]

[From the back of his ear, she starts working her way down the side of his neck, letting her fingertips wander down to the collar of his shirt.]

[Occasionally she draws the points of her teeth over his skin, as if preparing to bite... but then closes her lips together in yet another delicate kiss, instead.]
