Don't exaggerate. You can't smell a color. If they were blueberry pancakes it would be a different story, though.

What does that have to do with teaching?

Because it does teach you, in a way. If I connect your senses with mine and show you how I use one of my skills, you can see and feel it for yourself. Gaining that understanding makes it easier for you to use that skill too, as long as it's something that your body is capable of.
