it's a really beautiful day, actually. sunny and deeply pleasant weather. maybe sometime today people might return from a snadventure (snake adventure), or maybe not? the wildlife and your lil resident sheep are all perky and up and at 'em and full of energy. hopping.

Fortunately, he is not here to marvel at my charity! Or my attempts at it, anyway. Though really, I just think it is a nice idea. I know my pride would be quite wounded were I in a position where I had to ask others for help with food.

I do not believe it requires too much. If every flock donates fresh fruit every so often, then even just a little bit should be fine. Protein if available and it does not harm your flock to spare any. It is only what you believe you can afford to give up.

Our flock is currently looking into a bargain with one weed, and another is my brother. He is free to come ask for food when he pleases.

We will donate fruit on the regular. Protein I can make no promises about.

I feel quite spoiled in comparison. Most of the people I know simply give me what I want when asked. Though I do try to make myself useful...

Actually, I have made deals with friends of yours from home-- such as agreeing to help fulfill a favor or something of some kind. But none of them have ever called upon them.

[Perhaps they have forgotten? Or they were simply too embarrassed to help without extracting a reason and never intended to.]

Anyhow, I do think that is more than fair. Thank you so much, Leviathan-san. I was sure that I could count on you, but naturally I wished to ask properly.

If any of my schoolmates decide to call in a favor from you they may do it when you least expect it. But if they've forgotten about the deals entirely then don't feel bad about "forgetting" to remind them.

Indeed. He demanded I get up quite early for our lessons though. I am an early riser, but I had to get up even earlier than normal, so that was a touch difficult.

Still, I am a little embarrassed to admit that, like a child on Christmas, I hurried along eager for our lesson. I greatly enjoy learning and training.

It was Tart-san. I threatened to pursue him for the rest of his days if he did not lend me his aid. After that, he decided that helping me was the easier option.

He does tend to crumble when threatened with annoyances.

It works out for me either way.

And I fully support you being a nuisance to -- I mean, learning from Tart.

I confess I bothered him into it, but... I'm not really a nuisance...

I say it with the utmost fondness. He was once pestered into standing against Azul when my friend honestly needed to be stood against, so it's effective.

I suppose all friends need a firm shake from time to time?

It seems I stumbled upon an effective trick, then. Regardless, I am excited, even if I am a little bit tired. I will simply make sure to rest early tonight.

I would not like that. Fortunately, I usually go to bed early, so it should not prove to be too large of a problem. I know the importance of sleep when studying.

He is also the head of a dorm that follows the rules set by the Queen of Hearts. And he's very insistent on enforcing every single one of said rules, no matter how ridiculous.
