Mostly I wasn't a fan of the guy on Rose who requested it. He was a "cop", and he was real big on relyin' on there bein' a system that told him he was doin' the right thing, and a place to stick people that meant they were doin' the wrong thing. I wasn't gonna let him lean on somethin' like that.

But it would be nice to have a place to put people for things like, say, infectious werewolf diseases.

As long as there's somewhere they can go that keeps them from running around in the middle of meetings where people discuss the very problem of werewolves on the loose.

Most, but there have been plenty of prisoners I've dealt with who prefer the cage than the responsibility of dealing with their actions.

There are enough altruists here who could be swayed to do so for the greater safety. Heh, if they can keep their focus long enough to remember!
