[ a tablespoon's worth of the bright blue Ether floats out of the bottle, into the air, and flows along to form a lil wiggly orb in front of him at roughly head-height.

He might have to hippity hop for it a little bit, but it seems to Angie that won't be much of a problem for him, riiight~~?

Drinking it feels like any supernatural abilities he has are way more ready and rarin' to go than before, like he just hopped out of bed on a proper night's rest. ]
