So a quick reminder of the plan:
We sneak through the mist as quickly as possible, follow the Frankie, stay close and keep quiet so we don't alert anything. I've doused some sunflowers in weird Angel Devil perfume and I'm going to leave a trail for Rose to meet up with us.
Once we get there, don't do anything rash no matter what state Sonata is in or we risk something worse happening to her.
Rose will arrive after us, if all goes according to plan, and they'll be our reinforcements. I think it's likely we'll probably attack before they get there, but we need to see what we're up against first.

They are met with fierce, cold winds at first, but immediately they seem to die down. The despairing howls and whispers of death are lessened thanks to Edgelord's presence, and he can actually see a path before them. It's mostly dead forest of course but hey, that's something!
Also, IMMEDIATELY some mist wolves leap out to attack them, but what's this--it's Frankie with the STEEL (silver) CHAIR!! Which is to say your abominations are stronger than they look, immediately countering any Mist Wolves and darting ahead, urging them to follow. It has Yata's scent! It knows the way!!!
It does not slow down however, and it feels like you're running and running and running and running and running--wait, some things start to feel different. You're seeing less dead forest. Maybe you pass an abandoned villages or pasture--hey. Is that the rubble from the Gold Demon's lair? Hm. Well, Frankie does not stop.
It's about a good hour and a half that you've traveled before suddenly the mist thins. If you accidentally find yourself disconnected from Edgelord, you realize you still have no trouble looking around in this area. Huh! It's mostly more dead forest, and it seems like any other area in the mist, until Frankie calls out, alarmed.
In the distance, a great fire rises into the air, smoke billowing. That's probably where you need to go.]

[REWIND NOISES]
[THE STORY BEGAN AT THE EDGE OF THE MIST where we find the following collection of individuals:
One dragon, who has had selective spines on her shoulders clipped off and filed down so the humans on her back have somewhere to put their legs. On her back is Flare, the weed who has generously allowed herself to be persuaded into this position for some reason, and behind her is Belle. There are no reins or saddle on this dragon so they're just going to have to hold onto something. Figure it out.
Angel Devil does not need to figure it out because he is currently a 2-ft tall purple capuchin with an overabundance of prehensile body parts, and he is probably clinging to Azdaja's neck or something.
All members of the party have been outfitted with wolf-repellant flower crowns. Azdaja is wearing hers around her neck, along with her collar. They also have the following items:
1x machete coated in wolf poison
1x switchblade, uncoated, in case they need it for bloodletting (for health reasons)
5x explosives (1x stink bomb, 1x caltrop bomb, 1x honeysuckle bomb, 2x grenades)
1x potato hollyboy that can create a wolf distraction when deployed
1x bottle of extra wolf poison probably
Rope (Just In Case)
And a leather satchel for one of the riders to carry them in.
Azdaja is also carrying one sunflower in each of her weird little wing hands, like they're a pair of headlights.
Clover has gone ahead into the mist and left a trail of purfume-scented sunflowers for them to follow, so that's the current plan.]

Everyone, do not stray from the group in any way, as we all need to maintain a physical link with Bombay. Bombay, we need you to keep the creature in sight and follow closely, since it should be able to track Lethe. Whatever we can evade instead of fighting, we must; conserve your energy for whatever lies at the end of our path.
[considers a moment more, then shrugs and holds a hand up. the image of a wolfsbane plant blooms up from his palm.]
We will not be outright diverging from our path to find these, but if any of you should happen to spot it en route, pull it up and take it with you. I don't know how many of the pasture will be infected with lycanthropy by the end of this venture.

- Daisuke (the Judge) as their Weed escort. Rubato has enchanted a thread with a simple spell to keep them all connected.
- weapons, including honeysuckle powders, perci’s wolf poisons/decoys
- holy beast items (scale and hoof) ((Rubato will warn Cres to take precautions with these as they do attract wolf attention when used/wolves are looking for the holy beasts))
- simple masks for the nightmare gas, provided variously by Belle and Crois.

Rubato will be ferrying those that can’t fly over the mushroom field by broom to avoid any immediate incapacitation.
