[ Since it is a Daffodil rite, the Daffodils (at least, the ones that are not children who have no idea what they're doing and therefore aren't Tart, the best baby shepherd ever) have set up a little party in the rec room for all the kids and their poor beleaguered adults!

They've set up snacks and pulled out a few games as well as some pillows from the library for naptime and books — including picture books — nearby before putting the word out to others to stop by the rec room around lunchtime. And hey, if they have anything they can bring along, all the better! ]

Well, here is the thing. Right now, we have access to a beach. And what kind of water does an ocean have?

You know how to do that? Take the salt out of salt water?

Evaporation, my friend. Evaporation.

And Tart has magic that helps, as long as we bring it back in buckets.

[he snorts]

I bet the magic makes it much easier.

It does. Daffodil will have a stockpile.

But I would say, ehhh, if you find buckets and bring them to our pasture, whatever you bring is Thistle's. Tart does them in batches.

Then I'll have to bring some by.

What do you want in return?

Nothing. You're doing the work and using your own buckets. Even if you weren't lumping it in with ours when Tart drains them, you'd still get it done through evaporation and filtration.
