Just pick a spot without a metal implant or too much scar tissue to cut through. There's surely one somewhere. ]

Intestines are technically organs and they're all over here. [WAVING HAND ALL OVER THE MIDDLE PART OF MINUET'S ABDOMEN.] Liver's here-- [right side] --ribs might get in the way, but they're the lower ones, so probably easy to maneuver without breakin'. [pointing to left side, closer to the ribs] Spleen. [dropping down and to the middle a bit.] Stomach.

Pretty sure he's got mostly human-like anatomy, anyway.
