You don't have any specific ideas about escape yet, do you?

I think... having her spell book or a replica would be our best bet. When she tried to send us home before, it was after summoning a demon, though. So, in fact, it might take bribing a demon or two, which is not a very appealing idea.
Alternatively, that snake has been summoning people here himself, has he not? He very well might have a method. That would require capturing him, though. And he can be quite sneaky.

He is not nearly so smooth upon learning she tried to send them home once. ]
—She really tried to send everyone home? When?! Do you remember what demon it was?

She claims... it would have only required a small amount of blood, but-
[ Well... ]
I can never trust her.
She summoned a demon she claimed could send us back. Unfortunately, it was offended by the blood of an animal that was offered to it, instead of a proper sacrifice. I believe Rose was killed during the entire ordeal.

Does she always have the book on her?

Ever since that incident, I have not seen it on her person at all, though. Perhaps it is possible to follow her one of these days, to wherever she stays?

I can guess why they wouldn't be used to a formal way of talking, but what kinda stuff have you been confused by? Maybe I can give you some insight.
Re: Done
Despite these differences, however, they are still a dear flockmate. I am glad for their presence.
