That's good. I don't know about you, but hauling the six people's scattered remains all the way back to the pasture on top of our objective is a little above my paygrade.

Oh, yeah. That'd be a pain in the ass. And who knows what'd happen if we lost an arm or two in the mist.

Yeaaaah. If they do end up having to detonate there as a last resort... I hope they don't mind being revived as sheep for a little while. The last thing I'd want is for the mission to be a waste, so getting our objective out of there would be a priority.

Well, flying should be useful in the mist, if the wolves are as land-bound as they have been so far. Who knows if weed powers will work, though. Flock powers don't.

...Awakenin' other people's blood sins didn't work here. Prob'ly cause no one's got a stain of guilt. Then there's the whatever stuff. I'm strong and I heal fast, that kinda thing.

Anyway, if people can't control their blood sin it just kills 'em. If the enforcers don't do it first.

...Other than those memories I don't remember that much of 'im. But he's an interestin' kid... it'd definitely make things more fun if he was here. Ain't like I miss 'im, though.

...He don't make no sense. The whole world betrayed him and condemned him without a second thought. They couldn't care less if he died... in fact, some of 'em would enjoy it.

And yet he still wants to help 'em. What a crazy dumbass.

We call those types 'idealists'.

Ideals're one thing. Actions are another. Plenty of people will claim they're selfless and wanna help other people more than themselves. Way less of 'em 'll actually stick with it even after it blows up in their face.
