[After this noisy nonsense Honey stomps out of Lily's front yard and for a moment it seems like peace will reign in the pasture for maybe another hour or so

Alas, it was not to be. Before he can hop the fence the color abruptly drains from his collar and a bell grows out of it! Naturally, the bell also starts ringing. The sound of bells is pretty common, but maybe the sound of one more is enough to draw your attention? Either way, Honey turns right back around and goes to knock on Lily's barn door with the air of someone who has just accidentally set off a school fire alarm.]

'Cause the person sayin' it's too stubborn to accept or settle for anythin' less and that can end in tragedy more often than not.

[pauses, gives a self-deprecating kind of laugh.]

[gestures to his face where he got punched. and like. y'know. how Charon was during that moment.]

... there was a nightmare before all the mess with the book and the skeletons. I couldn't control it and ended up killin' him in it. Never asked why I'd have a nightmare like that, just after hittin' him, he yelled somethin' about "oh now you can do half measures".

So it's not like I'm not still pissed, too.

[pretty sure they both just feel worse but probably for different reasons.]

... Minuet's wantin' to show me some things with flowers. Think it's his way of tryin' somethin' to keep me calm, but he's also... [how to explain Vash the Stampede without all the Vashness. it's impossible.] He's got a personal thing with plants.

Dunno if it'll help any. Pretty sure I might accidentally kill the plants or somethin'--not like I know anythin' about plants in the first place, but. [shrugs a bit.] We're gonna wait till later since things got a little crazy here again.

Herbs not that different from flowers?

[desert planet man with the big learning curb probably sounds kind of childish asking that but listen, he literally knows nothing]

'Herbalist' is more of a general term, all plants are included. Herbs, flowers, roots, mushrooms.

( he's a good teacher. he was taught by a very patient old man so he has no judgment. though styx may sense the running theme of perci not being very judgemental. )
