[the sun goes down; the two moons rise.

it all looks...quite different. the laundromat lengthens and transforms the silhouette of Woolietown in the distance. the lighthouse beacon comes to life for the first time, throwing strong, brilliant light and stark shadows across the meadow and into the barns. the lazy river encircles the pasture in a glittering band, the bobbing shapes of the pool toys a little bit eerie until they drift into full view.

perhaps some of you are winding down. perhaps some of you are just gearing up for a wild adventure in the shadows. perhaps some of you, regardless of if you sleep or stay up, find your dreams and nightmares crawling out beyond the bounds of your own head tonight, drawing others in...

the night is full of possibilities.]

the lack of sky is normal for him, the crystal less so. it does give him an indicator of whose dream this is, though.

he drops the crook, plops down on the ground next to a couple of sheep and starts petting them. ]

Good ol' soulless sheep. Their stares are just as fantastically blank as usual, though there seems to be a key difference, actually, when a new one walks up and speaks, in an empty voice. ]</sub>

<sub>[ Bran Wool, borrowing its layout from Woolietown, has a theatre, and when the sheep was directed to find Lord Avon... that's where dream logic decrees it go.

The popcorn machine is full of what looks like a pile of little mollusks, and the reds of the decor are in that way of... a slight glisten. Like something exposed to air that ought not to be. Shine a light behind the curtain and you might see its veins.

The sheep comes to stand in front of a poster, depicting a king clashing swords with a blond-haired young man with a tail, and a young couple above them, embracing, the girl wearing the tiara of a princess.

except it's not a castle, anymore. It's a ship. Not a boat, either, some tawdry thing you'd see sitting in the water-- but a SHIP, like you'd see in the tower. The red eye in the sky remains, but-- well, maybe. It's round and it's red, but the details seem subtly different.


Perhaps it's hard to recognize. Blood Fiend had been present standing on the bridge, after all, when he, almost, got everything he wanted.

instead he tucks the sheep under his arm, scratches his other arm, and starts tracing cat ears on all the Twisters using his own(?) blood. ]
