Ummm... Well, I guess it kinda comes with the staff? I don't really want to act like I'm Rose's leader or something, but I guess, you know, the staff does come with some extra responsibilities. I'm just going to do my best!

No offense was meant. It is simply the more familiar paradigm for a group of loosely-knit fighters with aligned goals, where I am from; much of my life has dealt with the army.

Oh! Well, we have a similar concept where I'm from, adventurers! We're sort of like...more relaxed mercenaries, I guess!
