it's a really beautiful day, actually. sunny and deeply pleasant weather. maybe sometime today people might return from a snadventure (snake adventure), or maybe not? the wildlife and your lil resident sheep are all perky and up and at 'em and full of energy. hopping.

Do you know how to start the game and pick a song?

Yeah. There's a ton of different songs, plus different difficulty levels for all of them.

Sure.

[Moving to actually hit the buttons to get a new game started.]

Basically all you need to know is, step on the arrow in time to the music based on the arrows on the screen. If two arrows show at the same time, you've gotta be on both. If the arrow drags on for a while, stay on it until it's done.

As for the music... I'll just scroll through them, so stop me when you hear a song you want to try.

Right, I figured out that much about the arrows and stuff from watchin'.

[He keeps a keen eye as Konabos navigates the menus, though, so he can do it himself later by memory]

[He picks something fast-paced with guitar. Probably edgelordy.]

Easy, normal, or hard mode?

[Flipping through each option as he names them off. Once he's decided on which difficulty however, Konabos starts the song, standing back and watching while he takes a break. How good is this guy?]

Let's go hard! I can take it.

[ Edgelord grins and hops on the machine.

It takes him a few seconds to really get the hang of the timing, because he's not really used to this type of body-eye coordination. It's long enough that he almost fails the song. Then he gets it, though, and then he is very good, fast and agile and quickly picking up the patterns of the movements.

Towards the end, when he's reliably nailing the timing, he does a twisting cartwheel, hitting two of the arrows with his hands instead. It only gets him Good, but he laughs as he rights himself. ]
