I still want to run a fight club - and now that things with Thistle have . . . mm, settled, I can actually focus on it. But I was thinking of maybe trying to do more than that - organize something that can involve anyone, not just the fighters.

I'm going to talk to the other flocks once I have more of an idea of how to do that, but since you're the one who wanted us to run another one in the first place, I figured I'd float the idea by you first.

They organized a festival a little after I got here, for - Tanabata, I think? It wouldn't be that involved, but just . . . something fun like that, maybe.

Fuck no! I fight in the colosseum on a weekly basis. I love puttin' on shows for people an' shit like that. But I gotta run some of the bets ta make it count for our rites. And we gotta have a good spread of people, which probably means for actual fightin', ya should split normies an' the overpowered fucks into their own brackets. And like it or not, I'm a normie through an' through. A fuckin' crazyass one, but a normie.

Colosseum? If we're doing a whole set-up, you'd have plenty of time to do that and then fight as much as you want. Whole point is for everyone to have fun, pal.

But I could do brackets like that if that's what people want. One of the rules last time was that the fighters set the terms of the fight - powers or no powers, first blood or time limit, stuff like that. Made it more fair overall.

My biggest recommendation'd be ta ban bringin' in weapons for normies an' throw in some crazy field effects for the powered folks. Evens out the playin' field.

I scale myself. Lil' different from holdin' back in terms of intent, but same result, sure.
