[Morning comes with another bright sun-shower, and this one reveals an arch of color across the sky of Woolietown. Those who make their way back to the town square will see how droplets pass through the rainbow and hit the fine bare twigs of the massive tree, and how, from each drop, a tiny blossom unfolds. Their petals seem made of pure light, glowing gently, and shattering the sunbeams into a confetti of twinkling rainbow colors on the cobbles below. Within a few minutes of brisk rain, the naked tree becomes flush with flowers, branches dripping with petals of sparkling light.]

"My, my, would you look at that!"

"It seems we've felt the entire spectrum of emotion in just one night!"

"Did you know, did you know? It seems the bracelets have changed, Tater."

"That's because they're finished now, Tot. They've soaked up the emotions they needed to become complete."

The demon is satisfied and the ritual has ended. While nobody is broadcasting their emotions any more, the bracelets remain (though perhaps they have a slight embellishment now, like an extra charm, or crystal, or new ornamental detail, to symbolize their completion).

Everyone gets to keep their bracelet. From now on, this bracelet allows someone else to feel the emotions of the bracelet's owner, provided they are in earshot.

Charon in particular gets a sash that says "VIOLENCE KING" for his incredible score of 441, which included 11 stabs and 1 murder. (not ICly known, but very interesting)

Over the span of day 70, the Outer Feelings Demon will slowly fade away, and so will all the game props (including food and drink so consume it quick).
