In that case, can you get a quest from Daisy and Red? We'd like some healing potions from Daisy, if she can do those. It's good to have them on hand for times when we can't use our flock healing abilities. And I'd like some walkie talkies from Red. That's a much lower priority since they might not even work, so don't feel the need to rush it. I want to see if they'll work in the mist since we can't currently communicate if we split up into groups in there.

[wanders over to one of the kitchen drawers and pulls out some cookbooks they've got stored there]

I know we're all busy, but we do try to eat meals together. If you want to do something nice for dinner I doubt anyone would mind. Do you have something you want to try making?

I'm not really sure what I want to make yet, I just know I want to make something... good. Quality. Can't believe I miss being able to splurge on the grade A beef, y'know? Hm...

Hey now, the beef here isn't too bad. But it's hard to say it's high quality since we have to catch it ourselves.

That's the thing - you don't get wagyu or anything when you're dealing with wild game. Not that I do wagyu much, no point when your family doesn't appreciate that stuff.

Hmm... Maybe fish might be a better way to go...

If there's a specific food that you want, you can ask Red or Daisy to see if they can get it for you. Red will sometimes give us specialties if we're doing an event, and Daisy will be able to get you anything she can find.

We'd all probably appreciate a nice meal. It's just not a big priority when the food we have works just as well, and most of us don't even eat nice wagyu even back home. Charon will eat anything, I'll eat anything, and Ananke will eat anything. Mm...do you know any Mexican recipes? That might be nice.

I'll check with Red, though if he's gonna make me shoot someone for some spring onions, I'll probably pass. I did talk to Daisy not too long ago, though, so I'll have to do more thinking about that, especially if I'm gonna go Mexican - for I'm sure I can think of something along those lines!

Ooh, maybe something fusion..? I haven't done that before. You're gonna regret telling me that you and Charon'll eat anything, you know.

It's just the truth. We've been here for two months, we have to hunt and forage for all of the food we've got, and we all take turn cooking meals. If someone was a picky eater we'd have noticed by now. I do know that Ananke is from El Paso and his family is Mexican, so Mexican food is something that would go over pretty well. If there's anything else you want to try, I'm all for it.

I just mean that the sky's the limit. Depending on ingredients, that is. Having to hunt and forage is definitely a drawback but I'll figure something out. I'll think up something Mexican though - kid deserves a taste of home, or as close as I can get it. Just promise me if I go Japanese you won't get too tired of it.

As long as the flavor's there, I'm not picky. If you get desperate you can try to make some from scratch. I bet we could grow some soy beans here.
