[WHAT A DAY HUH? At least by evening the rain starts to let up, and it is noticeably not as cold as it has been. It's a good night for doing whatever, or maybe you're doing dream shit, I'm not your mom.

In the morning, some will notice that along with the storm, there are also no longer patches of snow fluffies, and any snow still on the ground is starting to melt. Additionally, little by little, more wildlife is popping back up in the meadow and forest. With the cold snap gone, it looks like the wildlife scarcity is disappearing, too.

In the cafeteria, there is a small breakfast waiting for those who care for it: coffee or hot cocoa, orange juice, plum tarts, and omelettes made with fish. There is also a banner:

[ . . . Somehow, as bizarre as it is, he understands what he is saying. He ends up smiling in the end.

He might not really know exactly what Rata is thinking at any given time. But... he isn't strictly amusement to him.]

[Getting off from atop him, flustered.]

[ and then he sits up, tilting his head to one side... then the other. ]

Ya did. And I bet you'd wanna do it again if you get the chance.

[He reaches down to flick him gently in the center of his forehead.]

Do not get cocky, now.

Do that again, I dare ya.

[ . . . L-Lifts . . . his fingers slowly back up into the flick position.]

[ slowly opens his mouth... ]

[ . . . Slowly lowers his hand again.]

[ slowly closes his mouth. ]

[ Slowly lifts it back up- ]

[ his mouth opens again, matching crescendo's movements. ]

[ . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Experimentally sticks his finger in his mouth instead of finger flicking.]

[ slowly... closes his mouth on it.

no teeth though ]

[Pets him on the head with his opposite hand.]

As gentle as a kitten. ♪

[ okay that's enough... pulls his mouth away ]

Did ya want me to bite? 'cause I can.

I think you would remove my finger if you were serious about it.

Well... I could. But I don't think you'd like that very much.

[ and he cares about that. ]

[He ends up laughing.]

I know, I know. Thank you. I appreciate that.
