Anyway, we had a similar idea to yours back then. We ended up stalling [ aka picking the whole pasture ] in the end when things escalated, but you might have caught how we originally intended to give our own blood.

The ideal is to start as you mean to go along. As Blossom's single true restriction is being unable to give us information that influences our decisions, it is better to experiment from the beginning and determine the rules ourselves. It's more difficult to go against the communal tide's arguments for keeping to ignorance and safety, later on.
