[GOOOOOD MORNING it's been a nice few days, and it's even starting to warm up slightly--oh, wait, never mind. Thick black clouds gather in the sky, and there's a rumbling thunder, with stray lightning bolts here and there. The rain alternates between freezing cold but sparse and just sheets of downpour.

Well if you're determined enough you can still go about your business! Though looking out your window you might catch Blossom running back and forth to SOMEWHERE and also....a tree suddenly in the middle of the pasture. Nothing notable about it for now though.

Anyway how yall doing.

I... did not mind the ritual itself. It was harmless enough. I had a bit of a difficult day, though, honestly, and so retired early.

I will be, eventually. Just nursing a prideful but somewhat injured heart. I miscalculated the feelings of another and took the opportunity the ritual offered to share my feelings.

The result was not what I had hoped for.

Oye, that seriously sucks. I'm sorry it turned out like that, but whoever it was really missed out.

It cannot be helped in the end. If someone does not feel the same, there is nothing for it. But... mm. Of course, it is a bit painful to expose yourself and find out the sentiment is not returned.

Regardless, as long as we can remain friends, I will be happy with that.

Sounds like you're already handling it really well. It's pretty awesome if you can really stay friends, but don't push yourself either, right? If you need some space while you're getting over them, you've got plenty of other friends to hang out with too. I know I'd be happy to.

Thank you, Ananki. You are a true friend, and I appreciate that. Having time to spend with others right now is something I would enjoy and a good distraction.
