[She's gathered a respectable pile of firewood over the last couple of days and stacked it up against the barn. Unloading her last armload of wood onto the pile, she dusts off her hands.]

Could someone please generate some very long vines? Thornless, preferably. We can use it to mark out the shapes, sizes, and locations of the pools we want to build.

[Shadow Fiend has been a little scarce since the last ritual, as she struggles to deal with temporarily having a full suite of feelings. but one of the feelings she can now feel is ~guilt~ so here she is, helping out by making some long vines start sprouting out of the ground

she doesn't look great--slouchy and tired, and noticeably less chipper than usual. her knuckles are a little raw, as if she's punched a tree or two dozen.]

Pools? How many do we need?

I was thinking of at least one large private soaking tub over there, for certain very tall members of our flock to engage in normal bathing activities, and then maybe a really big one that's big enough to accommodate everyone, so we don't have to worry about taking turns...?

Maybe something that is long enough that hot water comes in one side and cools as it gets to the other? Then we can have a range of water temperatures in the same pool. What do you think?

like...this hole. Does it have to be a really deep one, or can we just make, like...a really wide but shallow one...? The hole's not gonna be one of the pools, is it?

There were a few things I needed to ask, since I didn't get a response about it where I did inquire. But I'd like to give a friend a birthday party, and perhaps a performance as a present. Unfortunately, I possess nothing in the means of making that happen.

Any suggestions regarding that would be welcome- or participation. I'd owe you if you did.

Aww, that's so nice! I could do a few little magic effects for the performance? Nothing too fancy, but enough to jazz things up a little.

Otherwise... I dunno, it's hard to make cakes and stuff here, but getting ice cream from Miss Daisy is usually pretty easy.

Well, I love being left the fuck alone, for one? So I guess, solitude. Not having anyone around that I have to worry about — that's really nice. Especially in combination with stuff like the sound of insect song, or the smell of feathers or dry grass.

A song that just rises unbidden from within, I suppose. Music is always soothing, and when a song comes from the heart, it's even more special. But I enjoy being with my dad when I can. I'm soothed by his presence and the fact that I don't have to be anyone else with him but his son.
