WHO: daffodil & contract workers (unpaid except in food and drink)
WHERE: daffodil
WHEN: day 34 afternoon or day 35 morning idk whichever is most convenient
[ at some point, bluebell & thistle & lily received an astral cube about clinic building scheduled to take place at XX:XX, as well as a reminder of their obligation/prior promise to help with this project. (though lily is exempt from guilt tripping if their schedule is booked because, u kno, understandable.)
beverages: lemonade, orange juice, water
snacks: oranges, candied lemons and orange slices, orange dream bars, lemon blueberry pound cake, vegan crackers (except it's with lard and not olive oil so it's not vegan at all sorry), and candied bacon, grilled fish and birds. the candied bacon is for tart though.
there are also huge stacks of lumber prepared and marked for setting up, with bits color coded to indicate what joins with where, along with subtle sparkling lines of matching magic light to outline the intended layout. tools are available for people to use—really, with how organized things are, it's even easier than building an IKEA shelf, and the majority of the difficulty seems to just be in how big and heavy the components are.
there are a couple blankets spread out for people who would like to take a break and chill (or people who are just chilling), and eventually daffodil will even have their own stand-up comedy hour.
it's not terribly vibrant as a party BUT daffodil's sheep are singing various twisted-from-lion-king songs as well as birdsongs as people work so if nothing else it's a musical time!! also crois is here if you haven't gotten to harass him yet!! ]

but even if you're not them you're free to invite yourself over to daffodil's pasture, where there's a big table of fresh beverages and snacks available for our hard-at-work construction workers (click for beverages and snacks).
