But also they have been successfully bullied, so come noon of the 30th, they are in the kitchen, dutifully munching on the raw veggies and well-done gristle they have previously requested Minuet set aside for them. ]

My dearest senpais. As I believe it is quite important to keep one another in the loop, I would like to share what I have discovered regarding the monstrous creature I, Pond Fiend, and Rubato-senpai came across in the lake.
[He clears his throat.]
First, the Serpent is called 'The Forever Snake'. According to my information, in the olden days, one could escape from various pockets in its body if one was swallowed. In doing so, however, you would wind up anywhere in this land. But most likely the mist, it seems. The name seems to be derived from its insides endlessly going on and on.
The Forever Snake seems to be highly respected among the inhabitants of this land. According to Miss Blossom, she does not seem to know what it is exactly. This makes me wonder if you, my seniors, were correct in your theories that it may be some sort of a holy beast.
Regardless, it does not seem to be intentionally hostile from the sound of it. But its size makes it easy to be swallowed by accidentally. I was warned multiple times to avoid its head.
[ Don't know why everyone thinks he would do something so careless!!!]
Due to the fact that its scale can reflect the truth, I thought it curious. The snake gave the weeds the ability to create a truth dome, after all. I asked if truth-like powers are common to snakes in general. Blossom said she does not know but that our most hated slippery serpent may hail from the same place as The Forever Snake, which could be why they have taken on its form. However, there is no certainty over that, so take at least that bit with a grain of salt.
Lastly, as I mentioned that the scale can reveal the truth of anyone who peers into it, I managed to catch Blossom's reflection. It was only briefly before she fled away from it, and I could not make out many details. But inside the mirror, instead of a regular sheep, there was a fluffy-haired girl inside who possessed horns.

Do you have the scale? I wonder what it would show if we were to hold it up to Red, or the, ah, other snake....
