Mm. It's a border city for mercenaries -- both the hired defense forces and unaffiliated ones -- a trade hub, and a gathering point for the army I was employed by.

They came in response to an S.O.S.--a distress signal. Dunno if they brought everythin' they coulda to help or if they'd haveta have more people come in, but that's the general hope.
