...I don't know if you need me to explain those. But... agates... as this stone is... I can tell you, do tend to form... as rocks within rocks. They are very commonly found in the form of geodes, such a this one. They do require a search, to bring to the light... They're also quite durable. Think of them as the firm core, beneath what can be, perhaps, a more delicate outer facade.
