[Making your way to your new barn, you'll find your personal meadow is peppered with red flowers, the occasional red brainless sheep, a small pond full of clear, fresh water, and curiously a big, blooming apple tree. One a day will keep doctors away! Because there are none.

When you enter your barn, you'll find it's. . .quaint.

The first thing you see is your team's name painted in red on a wall, surrounded by a wreath of flowers. Above it is a wooden plaque with an inspirational message in the style of those Live, Laugh, Love fixtures, just. A bit hard to read.

Your eyes will be drawn to a tall crystalized rose sculpture below the plaque. You may feel the urge to touch it, and if not, some nearby framed instructions on the wall may give you a nudge. "Touch to regain your lost abilities!"

Unfortunately, while you may innately know how to activate them, what exactly do they do? You'll have to figure that out.

As for the rest of the barn itself, it's two stories and fairly basic. There is hay everywhere, and six extremely basic cots, three upstairs, three downstairs. If you examine them and remove the hay, each member of the team will find three outfits (+pajamas) for their use.

There is also a sign pointing the way to an attached portapotty--thankfully, it somehow opens up to a basic bathroom. There's one toilet, one very small bath, rickety shower, and sink. In the cabinet is enough soap, paper, and dental hygiene products for all.


Rustic is putting it lightly, but it seems that this is your home away from home!]

I don't think so. More like...how we act in front of them will kind of influence what kind of personalities they develop? I think? That's the impression I got! Like, if you stab someone in front of them, the sheep won't automatically pick up knives and start stabbing each other. But they might become a little more inclined to stab people, like, in their hearts or souls or something.

Yep! That'd probably be a bad idea. Though I guess if you did a genocide in front of the sheep, we wouldn't really be around to regret you teaching them about genocide, huh?

Oh, were you joking? I did think wanting to teach the sheep how to do genocide was kinda weird. It's a pretty big leap from just stabbing someone!

You're kind of weird in the head, you know that? Most people are more bothered by that kind of thing.

Haha! I guess stuff just doesn't really bother me nowadays.

[tilting his head with him, not saying anything. that's all he's getting out of her. it's a little early to be sharing tragic backstories, after all.]

[ he'll reach over to grab her wrist and try to yank her out of the way!! which may or may not result in her colliding with him, depending on how good her balance is. ]

[she has very good balance and reflexes, so even without the tug, she can duck that pretty easily! but she will let herself be tugged over toward him as well, away from the ??mysterious?? vine.]

Oh wow, where'd that come from? Nobody mentioned angry plants!

promptly lets go and steps back, expression back to nonchalant.

He shrugs. ]

Wouldn't be the first thing they haven't told us. Guess we'll just have to be extra careful of our surroundings! Getting stabbed or suffocated in our sleep sounds a little inconvenient, you know?

[ The vine is now laying limply on the ground, as if nothing had happened. ]
