I doubt it's something I can accomplish by myself. The whole pasture would probably need to be involved.

But to involve the entire pasture, everyone would need access to that world. We know-- from our fight with the Golden Demon-- that it's possible for people not from my world to travel there and awaken to their own Persona powers.
