[At some point when they day is starting to cool off, a chunk of Daffodil's roof will be suddenly consumed by plush pillows, thick knit blankets, futon cushions, and possibly some corduroy stuffed animals. All of it smells gently like fresh grass, leaves, or woods. Where is the culprit?]

[Each shortcake is just a 3 or 4 inch cake, layered very neatly with cream and fresh strawberries, garnished with mint. Is he expecting a kiss for each? He hasn't said. Watching cheerfully though!]
