RITUAL 32 - never have i ever
WHO: you
WHERE: around the pasture
WHEN: morning 86
[so how are we doing, everybody? feeling a little more together? feeling a little furry, floaty, or both? well–don’t mind this newer Weed who’s just climbed up on a big rock, clapping his mildly bloody hands together to get your attention.
is that a new demon hovering around him? well–this might as well happen.]
‘Scuse me! I’m Father Argent, if we haven’t previously met. I know this is a little presumptuous and all, but it seems like most people could use a pick-me-up right now? So my friend over here and I have, well, arranged something. I hope you’ll indulge us today!
[and a little ripple of movement goes through the surrounding area, transforming it – the colours of this part of the pasture go pastel, and everything gets bubbly. rocks are now round and bouncy, the grass loses its edges and looks more like a carpet of fat succulents, fences look and feel kinda like pool noodles. you can bounce around without damaging anything, if you build up enough momentum, but even without doing that it’s just…nice to hang out on, soft and springy. there’s also some random clear spheres hanging here and there in the air, filled with small round crunchy snacks and drinks like popcorn, or pork rind and grain puffs, or gummies, or cold water, or weak beer. not enough to fill up on or really get drunk, but something to munch and keep you refreshed.
y’all are stuck here for a bit! and even if you’re not in immediate range or holed up indoors, you might feel the pull to come see what’s up – or simply be teleported into the ritual zone, in a bright popping flurry of bubbles.]

Re: 2/2
[leans over to try and put Angel Devil in a headlock. it's like not difficult to avoid or even break out of, he's mostly just locking Angie in place]
Are you going to keep ignoring me about your leg? I'm not going to help you with it if you keep being weird.
1/2
2/2
Not the feathers, not the feathers! Do you know how much WORK it is, keeping them in an acceptable state in this place?!
Ugh! Fine! You mule! Let me go and I'll tell you!
Re: 2/2
[releases him]
If your leg is already being handled then I won't worry about it. You can tell me that much, can't you?
Re: 2/2
It won't go back on and nothing I tried would make it do so. So, that's it. My vainglorious pursuit of keeping this vessel whole is to a close. In the end, it's all just bones and meat, right? And one's composite cells die and are replaced all the time.
Re: 2/2
Re: 2/2
...I haven't decided how I feel about using one yet.
Re: 2/2
Re: 2/2
I've fought very hard for this body to stay my body in my life, and it's. Mentally bothersome. Casually replacing pieces.
Re: 2/2
Re: 2/2
[ sighs... ]
In the meantime, I am considering options for a removable prosthetic.

Re: 2/2
...So I'd need... limited emergency power, joints his methods could control... power switch. That's nothing, right? I don't know much about the workings of creations like Azoom-zoom and all, but...
Re: 2/2
Re: 2/2
Shall I tell him it's on your word he could help me, then.
Re: 2/2
Re: 2/2
[ dismissive wave]
I'll figure it out. Go play.
Re: 2/2
Good luck, though.
[he'll leave him to it]
