pass the grass
WHO: SHEEP
WHERE:THE PASTURE
WHEN: 85, late afternoon thru evening
[Normalcy is returning to the pasture! Or at least maybe you hope it is! Blossom can be found still cleaning up the last bits of blood in the grass so it looks nice and not-ominous anymore!! Well at least til she stabs herself lightly.]
Stupid--incomprehensible demons--don't they know what I'm trying to accomplish here!! All that violence and--now there's a freaking robot of me?? Ugh!
[the blood seeps into some flowers before turning into some dandelions and--POOF. Puffy dandelions float through the sky this evening! If you touch one, you will either A) be granted the gift of floating for a few hours or B) You get a fluffy appendage of your choice for a few hours (ears, tail, wings). Just a nice little distraction. . .but one ends up touching Blossom and now she is floating away. Welp. goodbye don't mind her yelling. The dandelions and their effects will disappear by morning (or sometime day 86 idc it's for fun)
THAT ASIDE, you might see some new faces falling from the sky this evening. Make them feel welcome! Or not! No one is the boss of you!!
Lastly, some Flocks' will feel their barns rumble slightly before new additions are added:
Daffodil: Inexplicably, downstairs is an inside atrium like room. It's far bigger than it should be, and somehow has an abundance of plants, rocks for sunbathing, and sunshine itself (though a well hidden knob can also switch it to "nighttime"). You even get the ambiance of critter noises. Hell there are even a few small animals like lizards and bugs you can hunt. Enrichment! There is also a grotto that doubles as a private bath, with self cleaning, steaming mineral water that connects to smaller streams running thru the atrium.
It's big enough to comfortably fit say, a chimera. Said Chimera can enter the room from inside or outside, as a pressure sensitive hidden door will allow any Daffodil in. Think of like a garage door but more majestic. It also include a waterslide form their normal bathroom and of course, normal stairs.
Rose: The main room of the barn is now a two-story library with a Dark Academia vibe, featuring books from the worlds of the resident Roses. Red velvet couches and wing-backed chairs face a huge fireplace that’s perfect for brooding over, and a huge and ornate gold-framed oil portrait of Vera is mounted over the mantle, along with a fist-sized diamond. The high ceiling has shutters that can be drawn to reveal a massive, domed skylight edged with stained-glass roses to let light into the room during the day, and at night the room is gently illuminated by the goth chandelier above and various iron sconces and candelabras along the walls. Nestled between the twin staircases that lead to the upper floors, the flock's Crystal Rose is displayed on a podium-shaped fountain. The trickling water and faceted petals catch the twinkling light of the candles and fireplace.
Here and there across both floors are reading nooks and desks for study, and the bedroom doors can be optionally hidden behind sliding bookcases and secret panels. Also of note in this room are lots of spooky glowing crystals of all sizes and colors tucked on the shelves along with the books, and a standing chalkboard on wheels can be rolled out of its nook for giving lectures and devising schemes.
Peony: And Peony just gets a really sweet bathroom. Half of it is fancy pink marble, with a large, elaborate bathtub, sink and mirrors, separate toilet, and both a personal and giant walk-in shower (just in case you feel like going in as a horse). Off to the side is also a mini spa/lounge area just for taking the edge off. The other half is covered in pink plush, and all the decor is peonies and/or cowboy themed.
The plush side also houses in-unit washers and dryers, as well as dry cleaning and other clothing specific utilities.]

You're gonna have to be more specific.

Someone decided to remove a limb, and that limb wound up being mine. And I react badly to that sort of thing so I mauled him in the process.
Does that help?
no subject
That actually does help a lot, yes. I missed a lot.

Ehhhh it's probably for the best. It was pretty messy, physically and emotionally. If I coulda slept through it, I woulda, so consider it some exceptional good luck on your part.
I'm sure Lily's glad you got the downtime, too.

I dreamed about a lot of death happening all at once.

Is it, like, a blessing, or a curse?

What other kinds of powers do you have, if I may ask? I had a dream in which you were summoning huge skeletons but I don't know if that's true or just a dream.

What else? Do your powers align with, like... a theme, or a domain...?
I don't know how any of this works.

In that case, can you look at my arm???
[She holds out the scaly dragon leg she's carrying.]
It's been laying on the ground for the better part of a day, so I expect the tissue's all dead by now. And I don't know if trying to stick it back on is going to change that.
Do you know if there's a way to reanimate the flesh in this thing, or is it toast?

I don't know as much about bringing things back to life. But I can tell you if there's any life left in it at all.
no subject
Yeah, I don't know how this works, either. Like, if I stuck it on and jumped in the fountain, would that work?? Mystery...
no subject
You can try it. But as it is, it's just meat.
no subject
Darn. I was afraid of that.
Oh well! I already have a limbus replacement cooking so I'll just find some other use for this.
[She imagines how funny it would be to just slap someone across the face with it, haha.]
Thanks for taking a look at it, though!

[ he honestly thinks a dragon arm is interesting anyway ]

I've been trying to learn magic from my flockmates, but I haven't been a practicing wizard since childhood so it's a bit of a process, you know? Having it come naturally seems like the ideal.
I mean. When it's not being a curse, I guess.
no subject
It's not quite like being a wizard, to be fair.

We're kind of like warlocks, actually.

What's the distinction?
