pass the grass
WHO: SHEEP
WHERE:THE PASTURE
WHEN: 85, late afternoon thru evening
[Normalcy is returning to the pasture! Or at least maybe you hope it is! Blossom can be found still cleaning up the last bits of blood in the grass so it looks nice and not-ominous anymore!! Well at least til she stabs herself lightly.]
Stupid--incomprehensible demons--don't they know what I'm trying to accomplish here!! All that violence and--now there's a freaking robot of me?? Ugh!
[the blood seeps into some flowers before turning into some dandelions and--POOF. Puffy dandelions float through the sky this evening! If you touch one, you will either A) be granted the gift of floating for a few hours or B) You get a fluffy appendage of your choice for a few hours (ears, tail, wings). Just a nice little distraction. . .but one ends up touching Blossom and now she is floating away. Welp. goodbye don't mind her yelling. The dandelions and their effects will disappear by morning (or sometime day 86 idc it's for fun)
THAT ASIDE, you might see some new faces falling from the sky this evening. Make them feel welcome! Or not! No one is the boss of you!!
Lastly, some Flocks' will feel their barns rumble slightly before new additions are added:
Daffodil: Inexplicably, downstairs is an inside atrium like room. It's far bigger than it should be, and somehow has an abundance of plants, rocks for sunbathing, and sunshine itself (though a well hidden knob can also switch it to "nighttime"). You even get the ambiance of critter noises. Hell there are even a few small animals like lizards and bugs you can hunt. Enrichment! There is also a grotto that doubles as a private bath, with self cleaning, steaming mineral water that connects to smaller streams running thru the atrium.
It's big enough to comfortably fit say, a chimera. Said Chimera can enter the room from inside or outside, as a pressure sensitive hidden door will allow any Daffodil in. Think of like a garage door but more majestic. It also include a waterslide form their normal bathroom and of course, normal stairs.
Rose: The main room of the barn is now a two-story library with a Dark Academia vibe, featuring books from the worlds of the resident Roses. Red velvet couches and wing-backed chairs face a huge fireplace that’s perfect for brooding over, and a huge and ornate gold-framed oil portrait of Vera is mounted over the mantle, along with a fist-sized diamond. The high ceiling has shutters that can be drawn to reveal a massive, domed skylight edged with stained-glass roses to let light into the room during the day, and at night the room is gently illuminated by the goth chandelier above and various iron sconces and candelabras along the walls. Nestled between the twin staircases that lead to the upper floors, the flock's Crystal Rose is displayed on a podium-shaped fountain. The trickling water and faceted petals catch the twinkling light of the candles and fireplace.
Here and there across both floors are reading nooks and desks for study, and the bedroom doors can be optionally hidden behind sliding bookcases and secret panels. Also of note in this room are lots of spooky glowing crystals of all sizes and colors tucked on the shelves along with the books, and a standing chalkboard on wheels can be rolled out of its nook for giving lectures and devising schemes.
Peony: And Peony just gets a really sweet bathroom. Half of it is fancy pink marble, with a large, elaborate bathtub, sink and mirrors, separate toilet, and both a personal and giant walk-in shower (just in case you feel like going in as a horse). Off to the side is also a mini spa/lounge area just for taking the edge off. The other half is covered in pink plush, and all the decor is peonies and/or cowboy themed.
The plush side also houses in-unit washers and dryers, as well as dry cleaning and other clothing specific utilities.]

[ lev, you're not going to get one up on her here. this is lecture time. ]
If punching me will bring you joy, go on! Punch me again!
no subject
[ she does throw another punch, at least! this one is a lot more half-hearted than the last, though. ]
This won't bring me joy. You know that. But maybe. It will make me feel better about not being able to feel better. Then once I am done with you I will go punch every pathetic little mortal in this wretched place next. Until their blood feeds the grass.
no subject
[ she doesn't even bother to dodge- and this time, the outcome is much more what the other would expect. she doesn't even flinch as the fist makes contact with her. like punching a wall of bone and steel. ]
You know I won't allow that. Even in this place, we have our station.
no subject
new idea: never punch add again. never punch, in general! get lasers back. shoot lasers.
they pull back and just cradle their hand. they're fine they're not owned. ]
Oh, yes. Our station.
[ also, conveniently ignoring that first question, thanks ]
Our glorious leader who knows best, reigning high above us all. And then Cif. So special they get to drag Bee along. Then your disgusting pet monkeys. Should I be happy I rank higher than the traitors?
no subject
The others can be trusted on the surface because they won't attempt to extinguish our purpose. And as for the traitors, they are no less my sisters than you. Speak carefully.
no subject
Well.
I guess I did that last one. But you did tell me to.

instead, she calls upon every bit of knowledge she learned as a lady-in-waiting - as a guardian to a princess- ]
2/2
You did nothing! Nothing! Did you think I couldn't see through an infant's lies?!
[ this time, it's add who refuses to acknowledge the first part. ]
no subject
If you knew. Why did you let it happen. Just to humiliate me further when you returned with your new and improved daughters?
no subject
[ cif. bee. eus. the names die on her tongue, half-formed and forgotten. her fists clench tight at her sides. ]
And you threw the world away just for a chance to spite me.

...I'm still in it for now, aren't I?
[ she reaches forward- rests a hand on lev's cheek. ]

So none of this childish extinction fantasy as long as I'm here. Next time, instead of dancing I'll make you clean up every barn here.

is so angry.
she is so angry and she hates it. she hates it more than the gnawing emptiness she normally feels. she hates the person who should love her and instead makes her feel this way. she hates that she still loves her, anyway.
lev trembles when add touches her, weakly batting at her wrist when she grabs her chin. and the things she's saying - another feeling welling up from where her heart should be - something...blue? something she remembers being described to her by one of the others. what was it, again...? ]
I don't care. I'm going to send them all to oblivion. I deserve that. I'm.
[ oh. right. ]
Sad.
no subject
[ and just like that, she wraps her arms around lev. it's not a dance, this time - not anything like it. just... contact for the sake of contact. a strong pair of arms encircling lev with little meaning to it.
she's warm. soft. ]
no subject
an attack?
wait, no. she's experienced this before too. back before eus sinned. she thinks, anyway? she hates that she can't remember. maybe she would, if add didn't leave her chest empty. if she had something to remember her by. the thing that should've been hers. all of those memories should've been hers, really - she hates this woman she hates her she's so angry she's so sad she's so miserable she's
so
tired.
feeling things is tiring.
well, no. the warmth is nice. the security, the surety. even if it feels like it isn't something that belongs to her, she - ]
I deserve it.
no subject
[ but regardless of whether lev deserves a lil' light omnicide, she doesn't move to hold her down. it really is just a hug. you can stay here for a while, lev. it's fine. ]
