[He shakes his head and leads her inside the barn, motioning toward the crystal statue of a rose in their common room.]

But... this doesn't feel like a 'transfer'. I never thought this would happen. I never thought it would happen. Angel Devil even once teased me about it, and I scoffed, but... now that it has happened, it feels... different. Natural.

Lemme give you a tour!

[She leads her a little farther inside, to the main barn area. Despite the exterior of the barn looking like a spooky goth mansion, the inside is just straight-up a barn. It's tidy, at least? There's a fancy but uncomfortable chaise lounge for angie to droop all over, and a matching chair. There are lots of pillows and cushions around, probably some on the floor for sitting on. Some feature printed illustrations of gaudy cherubs, and some are more tasteful and stuffed with gryphon down. Levi keeps the room tidy, and Belle ...decorates it? in some way, but oocly I don't know what that includes. Please just imagine what a barn would look like if you forced several beautiful wizard men to occupy it.]

[Also of note is a wall covered in chalk scribbles, and bits of what look like they might be plastic McDonald's Play Place tubes weaving in and out of the walls. One window looking outside is a plastic dome. Past Rose be wildin'.]

Welcome to the barn! That door over there leads to the kitchen, and that one goes to the hot spring. We'll go there in a minute, but first, let me show you bedrooms so you can pick one out. We have a couple empty ones you can choose from.

Wow. This is a lot different from barns I've seen before. I guess this is what decorating in Rose is like...

Hot springs are good! I'm not bringing too much, other than the freezer and some other junk.

[She leads YN to a bank of six identical doors. Three of them are locked, and one of the locked ones has a big ward drawn on it that looks like a bunch of nesting triangles. Azdaja opens one of the vacant ones and beckons her inside.]

Feel free to pick which one you want. They're all the same inside. You'll be able to lock the door using your own barn key. Did you get that yet?

[The room is very plain. There's a simple cot, a window, and a closet, and that's it.]

Huh. The insides here are interesting. I think in terms of weeds clubhouse, our 'standard' room is a little better. Everyone gets a bed and a mini-fridge. --No window, though.

Once you claim a room, none of us will be able to open it, no. Only your key will open your own room. We all appreciate having a little privacy, I think.

No mini-fridges, but we have a big enough one in the kitchen, at least? Let's go there next. I'll show you.

[She saw the kitchen and its small attached dining room when she was over for dinner that one time. The whole room is modern and painted in shades of black and red. There's a door that looks like it belongs to a walk-in freezer but is, in fact, an expansive meat locker. The high ceiling dangles with so many meat hooks it could be a horror movie. Along the walls are wire racks for storing smaller cuts and miscellaneous foodstuffs, as well as XXL chest freezers for long-term food storage.]

[At the far end of the room is a sliding hangar door, normally secured via Rose's thorny bramble locks, that can be rolled aside for access to the outdoors. Rolling metal tables and portable meat racks can be moved outside for processing game on nice days, using the assortment of tools one might need for simple butchering activities. But for working indoors, the floor is concrete and can easily be washed down with the hose that's rolled up along one wall.]

[The meat locker is currently well-stocked with a variety of things, from gatordawgs, deer, and pygmidillos, to small things like fish, birds, and frog. There are very possibly some non-meat foodstuffs in here as well, since it's basically just a huge fridge.]

We all share this food, so kindly don't tamper with or remove it. Levi cooks for us, since he's really good at it, so if there's anything in specific you'd like, he'd probably be willing to hear you out if you asked. Otherwise, there's usually fresh food in the kitchen a few times per day, and leftovers in the fridge at any other time. Feel free to help yourself to whatever you find in there if it's not labeled.

Anything that IS labeled with someone's name probably has a curse on it though, so watch out.

We won it in a ritual. A couple of us have really high-protein diets, so we needed something that could store enough to last us through the "winter," when game was scarce.
