We followed Red out into the mist and to the lair of the ram-skull demon. Some scisters got the better of me on the way out, so I was injured by the time we reached the area. The creature demanded my sacrifice. There were a great number of "statues" in that cave.

Our healing wasn't working out there, and we couldn't so much as scratch the beast. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that we were fortunate to make it back with our lives.
