Let's say someone kills another person by running them over, that makes them guilty of murder obviously. Guilty as charged! But what if it was an accident? What if it was an accident but they impaired their judgement with alcohol or drugs? Are they more or less guilty? Or what if someone else gave them the drink? Should they share the blame even if they were miles away from it happening? Ah, and what if the person they hit was wandering against the light? On accident or maybe on purpose...?
