[She's not going to stay asleep long, so pretty soon she's going to be sitting outside the barn, staring at the sky.]

[Vivace is at her piano, obsessively seeing if her hands are back to normal. Her way of checking? Playing Fur Elise over and over.]

What piece is this? It sounds rather like a composition from the Shaftlands.

It's Beethoven. "Für Elise". Discovered forty years after his death. We'll never know who 'Elise' actually was, or why he wrote it for her, if that's what happened.

It's one of the easiest pieces for a beginner to play... at least the opening. You use it to build up a beginner's confidence that he or she can learn to play "adult" music, beyond simple children's songs.

Which is why I'm playing it over and over.

Ah, it worked! I wasn't thinking about the condition of my hands while I played that at all. I guess I really am healed. It feels like a miracle after all that.

[Rubato has grabbed a shower when he had the opportunity and changed into something clean. If he had a nap or not, it's not clear, since regardless of if he did or didn't he seems to be considering his options for what to do today with a good amount of energy.]

It's a shame to have missed out on a proper night's sleep, but I thought it might be good none-the-less to get a head start on building our supplies. Perhaps starting with a garden? Hm, but if you are tired, you may simply tell me what it was you were planning, if you like?

I'm glad if you were able to release the burden of that trauma. This is a place of many miracles of various sizes, it seems, so let's do our best to hold on to the possibilities within that potential, non?

[ fantasia is in their shared living space with his pencil and notepad with tempo, who is helping him with some designing. the 3D bluegreenprints popping up look like the interior of the barn, so it kind of seems like he's already trying to start planning changes. there's furniture, additions, and just all sorts of things. if he notices you looking he smiles, ] I'm open to suggestions. I just want to make it more... homey, especially if we're not going to be able to leave anytime soon.

We should probably see about gathering supplies. More food and some wood, perhaps.

The garden. We need more food than what the sheep can gather if we're here for longer than a few days. I also need to re-assemble my mage's kit, and I'd like to investigate the forest. There are these spider-sheep animals that have interesting silk.
