[The relentless passage of time continues which means it's time to fish.

Chronos can be found standing in the shallows of the lake, his trousers rolled up to his knees and his cloak... um... pulled over his head with his hands gripping it to keep it in place, looking like some weird, mysterious creature under the glare of the setting sun - or a black heron.

The reason why he was doing this will become clear enough, because after standing very still for several long moments, he'll suddenly explode into motion! One unlucky fish that decided to use the shade his cloak cast will be abruptly scooped up and flung out towards the shore, much like how the bears smack salmon out of the water!

If you're standing on the shore, uh, watch out?]

[Chewing, holding up the fish that has a nice clean bite taken out of it like an apple]

[Damn, the first bite was the best part!! He's pouting. He's clearly pouting as he pulls his cloak back up, casting yet another shade over the water.]

But you can have it. I can catch another easily enough.

[He was a born fisherman... a sea snake, practically... or whatever fish-eating reptiles there are...]

[She sits down on the bank and watches him, crunching happily on the fish.]

[It takes a few more minutes, but he snags another fish for himself. This time he snatched it out of the water, keeping hold of it as it flailed in his unyielding grip.

Letting his cloak drop back down, he waded onto shore, still-living catch in hand.]

I'll sit with you.

[Thmp! And he did just that.]

[if you are near Lily you can probably catch Charon fucking around near the firepit outside in the morning of day 27, with some leftover cleaned gator bone, a scister beak and bones, leather, a bucket of water at a low boil, and a crude cloth sieve.

[Probably closer to evening time, since the fish would likely be scared away from here for a bit. Idly, he broke the flopping fish's spine to kill it cleanly, before taking a bite. Raw fish... good.]

[Lethe can be found: in the kitchen! he's been making vegetable oil on and off, just to give them a big supply to last a while. he stops when Charon walks in, though]

Are you able to use that to view memories? And how tiring is it to use?

If it's someone willing and the memories are offered freely then I just need a nap afterwards to replenish my mana. I don't have an unlimited supply here, and there's no chance in hell I'm going to Red for mana potions. If it's someone unwilling and I have to force the memories out, or pull out memories from someone who doesn't remember them...depending on the severity I could be out for a few days. And there are some side effects.

I would like you to see a couple I received, as you were planning a sojourn into the mist, and may have to go after Rose. So willingness is not at issue.

[he wishes people would stop asking him to do things. anyway don't worry about it. Charon takes his shoes off and also settles, since he has been warned both of them will pass out]
