Oh-- no, I do not believe so. I have kissed others in an effort to heal their injuries, and there was no love involved. I simply did it as a means of helping rescue them from their injuries.

Generally, I believe this sort of thing should be reserved for love, outside of perhaps hand kisses or maybe on the cheek. But when it comes to life or death or great bodily harm, notions like that have to go out the window.
